The use of medical refrigerators can be mainly divided into the following steps and key points:
Placement and power connection:
Placement: Make sure that the medical refrigerator is placed on a flat, solid ground, away from direct sunlight, with good ventilation, and the clearance above and around is not less than 30cm.
Connect the power supply: The power supply voltage must meet the standard, the power plug must be firmly and reliably in contact, and the power button is usually on the back of the instrument
Power on and temperature setting:
Power on: Turn on the machine after the power supply voltage is stable, and be careful to avoid frequent power on and off.
Set temperature: Set the temperature according to the requirements of the stored items, usually 2℃ to 8℃, or below -20℃ (low temperature refrigerator).
Store medical supplies:
Store in batches: Avoid putting all samples in the refrigerator at once, and put them in batches after the temperature reaches the preset temperature.
Classified storage: Medicines, reagents, vaccines, etc. should be stored in categories to avoid contact with the inner wall of the refrigerator, and have eye-catching labels.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Regular cleaning: Remove the condensed ice and sealing strips on the inside of the refrigerator door every two weeks, clean the refrigerator air filter membrane every month, and clean the samples in the refrigerator once a year.
Maintenance and management: There are dedicated personnel for maintenance and management, daily cleaning, weekly disinfection, monthly defrosting and record.
Notes:
Avoid direct sunlight and frequent switching on and off.
Check the operating status of the refrigerator regularly to ensure stable temperature.
In case of abnormal situation, contact the supplier or maintenance personnel in time.
