Step 1: Autostart After entering the air shower, the interior lighting and suction device (cyclonesuction) are automatically switched on.

Step Two: Suck

Ambient air enters through defined air intakes on the roof of the airshower and creates a downward laminar airflow. The so-called wind shower effect is produced.

Step Three: Clean Dusty

Employees activate the integrated JetBlack cleaning unit at the touch of a switch to loosen or blow dust and dirt off their work clothes. The cleaning cycle is preset to 30 seconds and then turns off automatically.

Step 4: Dusting + Disposal

The dissolved dust is immediately sucked down through the grille floor of the air shower, filtered and collected in the suction device. The dust can then be safely disposed of or recycled.
