Stainless steel air shower cabinet description
Basically, it works as a high speed, low pressure, static process. To clarify, an air shower is a high-speed fan that turns on when the worker is in the room, and the room, with double locking doors, is called an airlock. For the sake of brevity, we will refer to the entire process as an air shower.
In a single air shower, the airlock has two doors that cannot be opened at the same time. The operator enters the room from the outside, the doors close, and then the air ducts begin to blow what we call the "flapping manner," or gusts of air. These air currents will "wash" the operator of any available air, blowing it to the lower side of the room. Usually, the operator is cleaned for 4 to 8 seconds, then waits another 2-4 seconds for the room to be cleaned. A second door, leading to the cleanroom itself, will be opened, for the employee to enter the discharge area.
