(1) Bacteria laboratory: The bacteria laboratory is the main operation room for bacterial cultivation and inspection, and the main facilities are experimental benches. Requirements for the test bench:
1. The area of the test bench is generally not less than 2.4×1.3m.
2. The position of the test bench should be in the center of the laboratory, with sufficient light, and it can also be used as a side table.
3. Small basins and faucets are installed on both sides of the test bench.
4. A reagent rack is set in the middle of the test bench, and fluorescent lamps and sockets are installed on the rack.
5. The material of the test bench should be heat resistant, acid and alkali resistant.
6. The bacteria room must be installed with tight doors and windows to prevent the indoor environment from being polluted by the outside world, and the fan is disabled in the room to avoid the spread of bacteria.
7. The bacteria room must be equipped with an ultraviolet lamp for air disinfection, placed at lm above the operating table, and irradiated for 20 minutes before starting work every day. Its disinfection effect should be checked regularly, and the failed lamp tube should be replaced in time.
8. The indoor operating table must be scrubbed with disinfectant every day, and the ground must be scrubbed with disinfectant at least once a week.
9. The received specimens, sterile equipment, used items, etc. should be clearly separated and placed in place. At the same time, the used items should be sterilized in time.
10. The bacteria room is equipped with an air conditioner according to the local temperature characteristics, so as to be suitable for bacteria experiments. At the same time, the necessary fire-fighting equipment should be installed indoors
