2. All chemicals should have an MSDS.
3. Become familiar with the properties and potential hazards of the chemicals used.
4. Chemicals that are unstable or prone to peroxide formation during storage need to be specially marked.
5. Chemicals should be stored at a suitable height, and chemicals should not be stored in the fume hood.
6. The storage location of the container containing corrosive liquid should be as low as possible, and the collection tray should be padded to prevent safety accidents caused by spilling.
7. Store unstable chemicals separately with the purchase date on the label.
8. Store pharmaceutical reagents that may undergo chemical reactions separately to prevent toxic fumes, fires, or even explosions from interactions.
9. Volatile and toxic substances require special storage conditions, and highly toxic drugs are not allowed to be stored in the laboratory without permission.
10. Do not store large amounts of flammable solvents in the laboratory, and use as much as you need. Unused whole bottles of reagents must be placed away from light and heat sources.
11. When in contact with hazardous chemicals, you must wear work clothes, protective glasses, and closed-toed shoes, and your long hair must be tied up.
