The formulation of clean room noise standards mainly considers the disturbing effect of noise, language communication interference and the impact on work efficiency.
Noise control standards in clean workshop design specifications:
noise control
1. The noise level (empty state) in the clean room should not exceed 60dB(A) for non-unidirectional flow clean rooms, and 65dB(A) for unidirectional flow and mixed flow clean rooms.
2. The plan and section design of the clean workshop should consider the control requirements. The maintenance structure of the clean room should have good sound insulation performance, and make the sound insulation of each part close.
3. All kinds of equipment in the clean room should use low-noise products. For equipment whose radiated noise value exceeds the allowable value of the clean room, special sound insulation facilities (such as sound insulation rooms, sound insulation enclosures, etc.) should be provided.
4. When the noise of the purification air-conditioning system exceeds the allowable value, control measures such as sound insulation, noise elimination, and vibration isolation should be taken. The exhaust system in the clean room shall be designed for noise reduction in addition to the accident exhaust.
5. Purify the air-conditioning system. According to the indoor allowable noise level requirements, the wind speed in the air duct should be selected according to the following regulations: 6-10m/s.
The branch air duct without air supply and return air outlet is 4-6m/s.
The branch air duct with air supply and return air outlets is 2-5m/s.
