Laboratory bench all-steel fume hood/laboratory pp fume hood
Release function
The fume hood has a mechanism that absorbs the harmful gas generated inside it by absorbing the gas outside the hood, diluting it and discharging it to the outside.
No backflow function
It should have the function of the airflow generated by the exhaust fan inside the fume hood to prevent the harmful gas from flowing back into the room from the inside of the fume hood. To ensure the realization of this function, a fume hood and a ventilator are connected by a single pipe. If they cannot be connected by a single pipe, they can only be connected in parallel in the same room on the same floor. The ventilation fan is installed at the end of the pipe (or at the top of the floor) as much as possible.
Isolation function
A non-sliding glass window is used in front of the fume hood to separate the inside and outside of the fume hood.
Supplementary function
It should have a channel or alternative device to inhale air from outside the fume hood when exhausting harmful gases.
Wind speed control function
In order to prevent harmful gases from escaping from the fume hood, a certain suction speed must be maintained.
Heat and acid and alkali corrosion resistance
Some should be placed in the furnace in the fume hood, and some experiments produce a large amount of highly corrosive acids, alkalis and other toxic and harmful gases. The table, lining, side panels and optional water nozzles, air nozzles, etc. The fume hood should have anti-corrosion function.
