1. General laboratory
Reagent room temperature 10-30°C, humidity 35%-80%;
Sample storage room temperature 10-30°C, humidity 35%-80%; balance room temperature 10-30°C, humidity 35%-80%; moisture room temperature 10-30°C, humidity 35%-65%; infrared Room temperature 10-30°C, humidity 35%-60%; central laboratory temperature 10-30°C, humidity 35%-80%; sample room temperature 10-25°C, humidity 35%-70%;
2. Pathology Laboratory
During pathological experiments, the use of slicers, dehydrators, dyeing machines, electronic balances and other instruments has relatively strict requirements on temperature. For example, the electronic balance should be used as much as possible under the condition that the ambient temperature is relatively stable (the temperature change is not more than 5°C per hour). Therefore, the temperature and humidity conditions of such laboratories need to be monitored and recorded in real time.
3. Chemical testing room
A chemical laboratory generally includes a variety of laboratory rooms, such as chemical testing rooms, physical testing rooms, sampling rooms, etc. The temperature and humidity standards of each room are different, and each room needs to designate a special person to monitor regularly, and the monitoring frequency is usually twice a day.
4. Experimental animal room
The environmental requirements of the animal laboratory are mainly experimental animals, and the humidity should be maintained between 40% and 60% RH. Taking mice as an example, if they live in an environment with a relative humidity below 40%, they are prone to disease and death. The monitoring of temperature, humidity and pressure is beneficial to the control of animal temperature and humidity and prevents the spread of diseases.
5. Certification and Metrology Laboratory
When implementing inspection, verification, testing and certification services, certification and metrology laboratories need to record the changes in temperature and humidity in the whole process of inspection in real time. Whether the test environment and equipment control the temperature and humidity accurately or not has a major impact on the accuracy and repeatability of the test results.
