1. Before entering the clean room of the air shower, you must take off your shoes and enter the preparation room, put your shoes in the shoe cabinet, and put other items in the closet of the preparation room. Except for dust-free clothes and other items, no other items are allowed.
2. When wearing a mask, the mask should be worn on the nose, and the nose and mouth should be covered as a principle to avoid pollution during breathing. It is strictly forbidden to take it off in a clean room.
3. Before wearing dust-free clothes and hats, you should tidy up your clothes and hair to avoid discomfort after wearing dust-free clothes. When wearing a dust-free cap, the hair must be completely covered in the cap and must not be exposed. All velcro buttons must be fastened on clean clothes. It is not allowed to unbutton or even take off the hat when entering the clean room!
4. The size of the dust-free clothes is appropriate so that there will be no tightness or the risk of bare skin. The dust-free clothes cannot be worn backwards.
5. When wearing gloves, avoid touching the palm and fingertips of the gloves with bare hands (to prevent sodium ion pollution). After wearing gloves, place the wrist of the glove in the sleeve to isolate the source of pollution.
6. After wearing the dust-free clothes, wash the dust in the air shower and step on the dust blanket before entering the ultra-clean room.
7. Regardless of entering or leaving the clean room, you must take off your clean clothes in the preparation room as required.
8. Do not do it in other areas, especially forbidden to take off while walking in the clean room. Clean clothes etc. shall not be taken out of the preparation room, nor shall they be worn out of the preparation room and placed in the closet after use.
9. When taking off the dust-free clothes, the order is reverse to that of wearing. The clean clothes should be hung up and placed in the locker; the shoe covers should be placed in the shoe cabinet of the corresponding number. Enter the air shower room to blow and remove the dust. The air outlet should be facing where the person is standing. During the air shower, the person needs to rotate 360 degrees inside and pat the clothes on the whole body. The other door was locked and could not be opened, and then personnel could not enter the air shower room.
