After producing and debugging the stainless steel air shower room, the manufacturer will package the products, usually using plastic foam for outer packaging and then packing. This is to prevent the product from bumping during loading and unloading, causing product deformation or performance damage. However, after the strict packaging, workers also need to pay attention to the following matters during loading and unloading:
1. Check the outer packaging of the product before loading and unloading to ensure that the packaging is tight and complete.
2. Handle with care as much as possible, and don't place it randomly.
3. Try to choose a flat ground for placement.
4. If the air shower box is not equipped with a wooden frame to insert the parking space, the air shower room must be lifted up and transported when using the cart, otherwise the air shower box will be deformed.
5. If it is a paint air shower room, it must not be exposed to rain on a rainy day, otherwise it will rust.
6. When loading and unloading the air shower room, several people are required to cooperate. If the air shower is larger, it may fall down. After all, if the air shower room is a complete machine, it may reach several hundred kilograms.
Recommended specifications for the use of air showers
① To enter the purification workshop, one must enter through the air shower, and it is strictly forbidden for all personnel to enter the purification workshop from the workshop exit.
② Change the anti-static clothing and wear anti-static shoes before entering the air shower channel. Anyone who does not wear anti-static clothing is not allowed to enter.
③ After entering the air shower room, gently close the front door, step on the sticky pad to remove the dust first, and then stay at the position of the infrared sensor switch and wait for the air shower.
④ Raise your hands and rotate 360 degrees during the wind shower.
⑤ After receiving the air shower for 10 seconds, wait for the nozzles to blow out without wind before pushing it back into the SMT purification workshop.
⑥ If there is no wind blowing from each nozzle when entering the air shower channel, please pay attention to check.
⑦ Whether the power indicator light is a little bright, if not, turn on the power switch.
⑧ Whether the front and rear doors are closed properly, reopen and close the front and rear doors in turn.
⑨ Whether it stays at the position of the infrared sensor switch.
