In the sub-designated hospital construction project, it is currently required to have a certain inspection and treatment area, as well as the construction of the intensive care unit area, such as the construction of the RICU ward for respiratory infections, how to organize its ventilation, how to design the air-conditioning system, and other infectious disease projects. What's the difference?
Ventilation and air conditioning requirements for equipment and construction
Before construction, the drawing requirements should be read carefully, and any doubtful issues should be communicated with the designer in time. When ordering, carefully check the performance parameters. If there is a situation such as drawing equipment selection or material shortage, you should promptly negotiate the design change plan and adjust the associated power distribution facilities and interface conditions; give priority to products that are available from stock and have a short construction period. Non-toxic, fire-resistant off-the-shelf materials such as pipes and insulation materials are the first choice.
1.Construction Organization
During the construction organization, the equipment, materials, their entry sequence and other professional interface conditions should be considered; the crossing and collision between air pipes, water pipes and refrigerant piping and other professional pipes should be solved to avoid rework and other problems.
2. Device installation
The equipment installation and pipeline support plan are closely coordinated with the on-site structure professional to ensure that the structural safety is not affected; in seaside cities, the typhoon-proof structure installation plan for equipment support and hangers should also be prepared. The equipment must not bear the weight of external pipes and ducts.
The installation of equipment should consider the anti-vibration foundation and the soft connection of the interface to ensure that the installation of the facility is firm and does not affect the safety of the structure. The flatness error of the foundation of the unit is not higher than ±3mm. When welding, ensure that the surface of the channel steel is straight. The anti-shake and stable design of the pipeline, the root of the support should not affect the structural safety and personnel safety. The installation of the air duct should strive to be tightly connected, and the seam of the air duct should be sealed on the positive pressure surface.
3. Setting of outdoor fresh air vents
The setting position of the outdoor fresh air outlet must be determined according to the design drawings and cannot be changed arbitrarily. Effective rain-proof measures should be taken, and protective nets should be installed to prevent birds, rats, insects, fluff and fallen leaves, etc., and should be easy to disassemble.
4. Air conditioning purification unit
When the air-conditioning purification unit and fan are installed indoors and outdoors, the height of the foundation to the ground should not be lower than 200mm, so as to avoid the accident of the unit running in water during the rainy season. When using I-beam or channel steel overhead equipment, it needs to level the ground for installation. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner should have measures to avoid soaking in water.
The air duct penetrating into the room from the outer wall should have a slope of 3% to the outside to prevent rainwater from flowing into the room along the slope. . When installing ventilation equipment, air conditioners and purification units, they should be leveled and treated with vibration reduction. Each inspection door should be flat and the sealing strip should be tight. The shock-absorbing pad should cover the entire load-bearing surface of the base.
Water seals and valves shall be installed on the condensate drain pipes of the surface cooling section of air-conditioning units in polluted and semi-polluted areas.
A protective net and a rainproof cover should be installed at the air outlet. The positive pressure section of the exhaust duct of the polluted area and the semi-polluted area does not pass through other rooms.
5. Construction of Negative Pressure Isolation Ward
Negative pressure isolation wards should meet the conditions for on-site leak detection, otherwise special exhaust high-efficiency filter devices for pre-detection leaks should be used. The position of the exhaust high efficiency filter shall be determined according to the design drawings. Exhaust high-efficiency filters should have safe on-site replacement conditions. Exhaust high-efficiency filters should have the conditions to take in-situ disinfection measures. The exhaust fan and the supply fan should be debugged according to the interlocking sequence required by the design.
6. Air duct installation
The air duct penetrating into the room from the outer wall should have a slope of 3% to the outside to prevent rainwater from flowing into the room along the slope. Avoid roof openings as much as possible to reduce the possibility of rain leakage. The HEPA filter unit should be installed last and unpacked when installed on site.
7. Refrigerant pipeline installation
When the pipeline is installed, there should be no dust, water and any other impurities in the copper pipe, and dirt should be prevented from entering when passing through the wall. When connecting the pipes of the outdoor unit, prevent moisture and dirt from entering the piping system. Prior to equipment installation, the tubing is stored indoors with both ends sealed until brazed. Reduce the number of bends as much as possible, and use a larger bend radius when bending the pipes.
When connecting the refrigerant pipes, the ball valve of the outdoor unit should be completely closed, and the refrigerant pipes of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected, the refrigerant leakage test is completed, and the vacuum pumping process is completed before it can be started.
The length of the refrigerant piping should not exceed 75 meters: when the height difference between the indoor and outdoor units exceeds 6 meters, in order to ensure the normal oil return of the compressor, an oil return bend should be installed every 6 meters in the connecting pipe of the indoor and outdoor units. When the indoor unit is on the top, if there is a large drop between the indoor and outdoor units, a liquid non-return ring needs to be installed.
When mixing refrigerants such as R410A, liquid refrigerants should be used to charge the refrigeration equipment. Do not use the following tools that have been used in refrigerant (such as R22) systems: pipeline pressure test devices, charging hoses, gas leak detectors, Refrigerant recovery device, etc. The refrigeration equipment should be equipped with an electronic check valve to prevent the oil in the vacuum pump from flowing back.
