1. Safe use of cylinders
(1) Before use, the user should check the safety status of the gas cylinder.
(2) Gas cylinders should be used in well-ventilated places.
(3) Gas cylinders should be provided with eye-catching signs, marking the use status of gas cylinders (full bottle, in use, empty bottle).
(4) Gas cylinders should be used upright, and it is strictly forbidden to lay them down, and they should be fixed with anti-dumping measures such as fixing frames, chains, and gas cylinder cabinets.
(5) After the steel cylinder is used, it must be ensured that the main valve and pressure reducing valve are closed.
(6) Before using the acetylene gas cylinder, it must stand upright for 20 minutes before connecting to the pressure reducing valve.
(7) Oxygen cylinders should be equipped with special tools, and contact with oil is strictly prohibited. Operators should not wear clothing and gloves that are stained with various oils or prone to static electricity, so as not to cause combustion or explosion.
(8) The gas in the bottle must not be exhausted, and there must be residual pressure or weight, and the residual pressure should comply with relevant regulations. For example, the residual pressure in the nitrogen cylinder should not be less than 0.05MPa, and the residual pressure in the hydrogen cylinder should not be less than 2MPa.
